Meditation Teacher and Mentorship
Classes are offered to anyone. It makes no difference if you have meditated before or not. This class will build your practice and you may learn something new.
This class teaches you how to connect with your higher self, how perform a body scan, learn how to clear your chakras and how to get yourself on path that is right for you.
